Oppo he just announced A92s, a smartphone mid-range with very good technical specifications and a very low price. The company, for some time now, is in fact engaged in the production of devices that ensure excellent value for money (as for the recent Ace 2).
The new Oppo A92s is a device with a cost of between 280 and 320 euros, but compatible with fifth-generation networks. 5G is in fact taking hold in the mid-range. Another very interesting specification of the A92s is the Display. In fact, we find an LCD panel with a diagonal of 6.57 inches, a FullHD resolution and a refresh rate at 120 Hz. In particular, this last figure is almost always reserved for the high-end.
Under the shell is hidden the SoC MediaTek Dimensity 800, accompanied by 6/8 GB RAM (LPDDR4X) and 128 GB (UFS 2.1). The rear photo module is punctuated by four sensors of 48 MP (Sony IMX586), 8 MP (grandangolare), 2 MP (macro) and 2 MP (portrait mode) respectively. In the front, inside a hole, there are two 16MP sensors (Sony IMX471) and 2 MP (depth). The datasheet then ends with a battery 4,000 mAh, compatible with 18-W fast charging.
Let's talk about prices now. Oppo A92s, while having excellent features (especially considering the reference range), has a fairly low cost.
- 6/128 GB: 2,199 Yuan (286 euros about);
- 8/128 GB: 2,499 Yuan (325 euros about):
The device is already available for pre-order in China and will be on sale from April 29. No details about possible commercialisation in other markets.
