Google Stadia, for sale support for official gamepad and smartphone

Google Stadia, for sale support for official gamepad and smartphone

"The Claw" is a plastic support that allows you to Mount a smartphone on Google Stadia's official gamepad, so that you can easily use the streaming platform for mobile video games. Google had promised it just before the launch of Stadia, and it is now available for purchase - at least in the US, and at least on the official website of Power Support, the company that produced it on behalf of Google.

It should also arrive on the Google Store soon, but we have no information on the possible arrival in Italy.

There are plenty of media to connect a gamepad to a smartphone, but this is the first officer specially designed for Google's. Smartphone side, Support is compatible with different models: The manufacturer specifically mentions the Pixel 3, 3 XL, 3a, 3a XL, 4 and 4 XL, but ensures that "many more" can be connected. Small warning: the manufacturer itself signals that by fixing the support to the controller the latter could scratch, being the grip very solid and forming friction between two parts of plastic. Colleagues of The Verge actually confirm that some sign is formed after a few operations.

The accessory costs 14.99 dollars. We will update when/if it is available in Italy. However, let's remember that Stadia is compatible with other unofficial gamepads, such as the PS4 gamepad.
