The processing time of the order is usually 48-72 working hours excluding Saturday and Sunday. This depends on the payment method chosen: orders placed with Credit/Prepaid Card, PayPal And Mark ( NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ) they will be entrusted to the courier within 24-48 working hours from the performance of the same; orders placed with Bank transfer, will be entrusted to the courier only after the actual display in the bank transfer account (in this case the timing will depend on the date of credit).
The goods will be shipped, by express courier DHL or Bartolini, and delivered within an average time of 1/3 working days following the date of shipment.

The delivery times indicated are estimates that are made according to the average time currently used and are provided only for indicative purposes, without any commitment or guarantee of compliance by "cellularishop".
Shipments are made by express courier (Bartolini or DHL).
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, with the words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" on the courier's delivery receipt indicating "THE REASON" for this reserve (E.g. I accept with reservation because the package is damaged).
In the event that the package is intact on delivery you won't be able to sign with "CONTROL RESERVE" the delivery receipt.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to object to the external characteristics of what has been delivered. The Carrier is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient.
cellularishop, for the cases mentioned above, must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage (damage) of the goods from the moment the same is delivered unreservedly to the carrier for transport.
Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to the courier.
For each complaint to the courier, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared. The Customer from the moment he receives the damaged goods or requests their return to the carrier has direct and exclusive action against the carrier itself.
